With hypertension, some of my patients don’t even experience symptoms. Still, some signs are Headaches, shortness of breath, and nose bleeds take into mind that usually, these symptoms don’t show up until your blood pressure has reached severe levels, but one vital sign is frequent high blood pressure readings. Blood spots in the eye, flushing, and dizziness are other significant signs for having blood pressure.

Hypertension is something to take seriously, and the long-term effects can be severe and deadly. Some effects are:

  4. Heart failure
  5. Trouble with memory or understanding
  6. Dementia
